The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued warnings for heavy to very heavy rainfall across various parts of the country in the coming days. Heavy rainfall is expected in Madhya Pradesh from June 21 to 25. Heavy rainfall is likely in West Bengal and Sikkim from June 21 to 22. Heavy rainfall is expected in Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand today. Bihar is expected to receive heavy rainfall from June 24 to 26. Heavy rainfall is expected in Andaman and Nicobar Islands on June 21. Odisha is expected to receive heavy rainfall from June 24 to 26. The monsoon will remain active in western India. Heavy rainfall is expected in Goa, central Maharashtra, and Gujarat from June 21 to 26. Monsoon activity will continue in Northeast India for the next seven days, with light to moderate rainfall expected in many places, which could lead to waterlogging. Heavy rainfall is expected in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and West Uttar Pradesh from June 21 to 26. Heavy rainfall is expected in Rajasthan and East Uttar Pradesh from June 20 to 24. Heavy rainfall is expected in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh on June 21, 22, 25, and 26. Very heavy rainfall is expected in East Uttar Pradesh from June 20 to 22. Heavy rainfall is expected in East Rajasthan on June 21 and 23 and in South Haryana, West Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand on June 22. Heavy rainfall is expected in Kerala from June 22 to 26. Heavy rainfall is expected in Karnataka from June 21 to 26. Strong surface winds with speeds of 40-60 kmph are expected in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana from June 21 to 24. Hot and humid conditions are expected in parts of Tamil Nadu from June 21 to 22.
