A horrific road accident in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, claimed the lives of three people. A speeding car first struck a scooter, killing the rider instantly. The car then lost control, hitting a pedestrian and subsequently overturning. The deceased include Praveer Hansda, a clerk from the Ranchi Civil Court, and Som Sinha, a teacher from Dhanbad. The incident occurred late Saturday night near a bridge in the Namkum police station area. The car driver also died during treatment at the hospital.
